Zelub, a project of Miguel Negrão, explores guitar textures both in the fast paced, intense and blured paranoia of shoegazing but also in the calm, transcendent and intemporal bliss of minimalist (and not so minimalist) drones.

Currently Miguel is studying Sonology at the Den Haag Conservatoire, and working with the Game of Life Wave Field Synthesis system.

09/09/08 - 20 - 27 September - Miguel Negrão/Zelub - CCB Soundwalk (part of Festival Música Viva). One track from my forthcoming album was selected to be presented in a sound instalation outside CCB (Centro Cultural de Belém). It's a 5 minute excerpt which will played during the whole week.

3/09/08 - My collegue Pablo Sanz, who worked with me on the drone presentation, has posted a mix tape on the topic of drone. Check it out !
